Wondering what your menstrual cycle is and what it means for you and your body?

Your menstrual cycle is a natural process that your body goes through. Hormone levels rise and fall, depending on which stage you are in during your cycle. These hormones can influence your mood and energy levels. Most importantly, understanding our cycle can help us better understand when we are most fertile, various changes to our bodies, stress levels and mood.

All bodies are different with cycles varying anywhere from 23 days to 35 days. Not all menstrual cycles are regular and the flow can vary. If you have any questions or concerns about your cycle, be sure to speak to your doctor.

The menstrual cycle consists of four stages. These consist of: Menstrual Phase, Follicular Phase, Ovulation and Luteal Phase.
